This policy explains what personal information PrintNest (printnestshop.com), operated by S M Safayet Kaiser, Dhaka, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Order information: when you buy, our reseller Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, order details and country. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- to deliver your files and provide customer support;
- to process refunds and prevent fraud;
- to understand how our site is used and improve it;
- to measure and improve our advertising, for example on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest;
- to send product updates, only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools from advertising and analytics partners. These may set cookies and share events such as page views and purchases with those partners so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest account settings.
Who we share information with
- Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes payments and taxes under its own privacy policy;
- hosting, email and analytics providers that help us run the site;
- advertising partners such as Meta and Pinterest, as described above;
- authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, and delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to certain uses. Email support@printnestshop.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
International transfers and children
Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
